By accessing Forevers Ads and confirming your agreement through the platform, you automatically accept the terms of the public offer and become a party to the contract.

To become eligible for loyalty bonuses, you must activate your Forevers Ads access for participation in the Dubadu Loyalty Program.
Once activated, the platform may temporarily use your ad slot access to enable licensed real estate agents to publish listings.
Bonus accrual is available on a recurring basis, in accordance with the current rules of the Loyalty Program.

Your real estate property in the digital space
Access to Forever Ads that have not been activated for participation in the Loyalty Program may be transferred to another user, in accordance with platform rules.
If the Forevers Ads is activated for participation in the Loyalty Program, the transfer will only be possible after the participation period has ended.
All transfers will be made through Dubadu Market, a dedicated platform feature currently under development.
